We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom from our warehouse in London.

Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. You can also check progress on our order tracking page.
Packaging
Sealed boxes ship double-boxed with protective fill. Single packs and figures ship in rigid mailers to prevent corner damage.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days, or arrives damaged, email support@cardhaveen.shop with photographs where possible and we will replace or refund the order.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
