1. Who we are

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where card payment is not yet available on an item, we will email a secure payment link before dispatch.

4. Product descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including condition and packaging state. Photographs are representative; sealed products may show minor manufacturer packaging variation. Collectible items are sold as collectibles and are not toys unless stated.

5. Delivery

See our delivery page for costs and timescales. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

See our returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
