Are your sealed products genuine?
Yes. Every sealed box, pack and figure is bought from an authorised UK distributor. We never sell resealed, replica or grey-import stock.
How much is delivery?
£4.95 with Royal Mail Tracked 24 anywhere in the UK, and free on orders over £75. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Can I return an item?
Yes — unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Faulty or damaged items are refunded or replaced with free return postage.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Not currently. Cardhaven ships to UK addresses only, including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden handling charges.
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Where card payment is not yet enabled on an item, we email a secure payment link within one working hour of your order.
How do I track my order?
Use your order number and email address on the order tracking page, or follow the tracking link in your dispatch email.
