Returns & refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. Cardhaven extends this to a 30-day returns window on unopened items in their original condition.

How to start a return

1. Email support@cardhaveen.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We reply with a returns reference and the return address within one working day.
3. Send the items back in their original packaging, using a tracked service.
4. Once received and checked, we refund to the original payment method within 5 working days.

Return costs

Return postage is free where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described — we provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return postage.

Items we cannot accept

• Sealed trading card products where the seal or wrapper has been opened.
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior agreement.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty or missing from your parcel, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 3–5 working days of the refund being processed.
